At Vital Response Institute, we understand that schedules change. Our goal is to be fair while also protecting reserved training time and materials.
Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward one rescheduled class date if proper notice is given.
Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled training are eligible for:
- A full refund minus the deposit, OR
- Transfer to a future training date
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are non-refundable.
No-Shows
- Participants who fail to attend without notice are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Vital Response Institute™
If we must cancel a class due to instructor illness, emergency, low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose either:
- A full refund, OR
- Transfer to a future class date
Failed Certification / Retakes
- Certification is based on successful completion of course requirements and skills testing.
- Participants who do not successfully pass may be eligible for a discounted retake session, depending on instructor availability and course type.
